Even though, I have yet to put up a sign, we are getting some interest on the project that I have entitled Rice Catch Creek Preserve and Calf Creek Preserve.
The Preserves are blessed with four expansive Commercial Corners, all with long road frontage on state maintained roads
We have here multiple tracts in this one neighborhood, same Chocowinity Township; all with water access, and extra connected with 3 state roads and over 26 miles of proposed permanent trails
Only minutes from Greenville and Washington, we offer this unique high lot above the wide waters within the Pamlico Estuary, where one can build their dream home with such massive views of both the Chocowinity Bay and the Pamlico River.
Extending over 2.57 acres (if purchased in one block, more property offered if subdivided in purchasable building footprints), this Commercial Corner, the former John H. Small property, is now for sale, and may be sold as one tract, or sold in building footprints.
The connective property, waterfront access fronting the Pamlico River and Chocowinity Bay, inextricably linking Rice Patch Creek Preserve and Calf Creek Preserve to the waterways to the World, will support community access in a full variety of measures.
Tracts I, J and K are proposed to launch the "Natural Living" maxim to that level of credulity where it works for all parties participating.
These four lots, subdivided from Tract H (Rice Patch Creek Preserve), are now for sale just a short walking distance from the Pamlico River, where waterfront access is available for both bathing and boating.
I have a plan; a big plan to develop property, create jobs and make at least my corner of Beaufort County a better place to live. I made this claim regarding Tract A; and, this Tract E, like corner exposed Tract D across the road, is quite similar.
