That concept of stewardship began with Tract H about two decades ago, but was waylaid by circumstances far beyond the seller(s) control. Today, Tract H, as the faint genesis, is not exactly how I wish to begin this massive project, but is close enough in abstraction, and is bound by .784 mile of trails (thick dark green line) as the connective tissue to the balance of the 426 acre project. Today, as exhibited in the map /pricing below, four large, high, and rather secluded wooded lots are offered at the lowest prices this neighborhood will ever know. Future lots will be constructed under a slightly more expensive /expansive concept, so the costs, far greater than before, will be passed forward.
